# Maak een Klantportaal

Je maakt een portaal aan in de BackOffice onder **Portalinstellingen**.

Elk portaal heeft zijn eigen Instellingen, zichtbaarheid en opmaak.

### Open Portal-instellingen

Ga naar **Instellingen → Portaalinstellingen**.

### Open het Overzicht

Bekijk de bestaande portalen.

Als het Overzicht leeg is, bestaat er nog geen portaal.

### Voeg een nieuw portaal toe

Klik **Toevoegen**.

### Vul de secties in

Werk de Instellingen aan de linkerkant één sectie tegelijk af.

### Sla het portaal op

Klik **Opslaan** wanneer de configuratie klaar is.

* een duidelijke portaalnaam
* een URL-naam zonder spaties
* de Klantreis die je wilt ondersteunen
