# Activeer CSAT via de Licentiebeheerder

Je activeert **CSAT** via de **Licentie Manager** in de BackOffice.

Na activering, **Klanttevredenheidsonderzoek** verschijnt in **Instellingen**.

### Log in op de BackOffice

Open de OutSmart BackOffice en meld u aan.

Klik op de **gebruikersprofielpictogram** in de rechterbovenhoek.

Selecteer **Licentie Manager** in het menu.
