# Introductie tot CSAT

**CSAT** is de Power-Up voor klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken in OutSmart.

U gebruikt CSAT om automatisch een enquête te versturen na een afgeronde werkbon.

### Hoe CSAT werkt

* Activeer de Power-Up via de **Licentie Manager**.
* Verstuur de enquête via een apart e-mailsjabloon.
* Stel uw eigen wachttijd in na een afgeronde werkbon.
* Klanten beoordelen de enquête met een **5-sterrenbeoordeling**.
* Voltooide enquêtes verschijnen in het CSAT-overzicht onder **Instellingen**.
