# Wat is Resources?

**Resources** is de functie voor interne apparatuur in OutSmart.

Gebruik het voor bedrijfsmiddelen die uw eigen bedrijf plant en gebruikt.

Voorbeelden zijn:

* aanhangers
* voertuigen
* kranen
* gereedschap
* meetapparatuur

### Hoe resources verschillen van Objecten

Objecten behoren meestal toe aan een Klant of installatie.

Resources behoren toe aan uw eigen bedrijf.

Resources zijn gemarkeerd als intern.

Dit betekent dat ze:

* niet verschijnen in het overzicht van klantobjecten
* worden beheerd in de BackOffice
* kunnen worden gepland in het Planbord
* kunnen worden gekoppeld aan Werkbonnen

### Wat Resources voor u kan doen

Gebruik Resources om:

* interne apparatuur te volgen
* beschikbaarheid te controleren vóór het plannen
* dubbel boeken te voorkomen
* apparatuurbgebruik in rekening te brengen met tarieven

### Wat je eerst nodig hebt

Zorg voordat u begint ervoor dat:

* Resources actief is voor uw account
* de juiste gebruikers toegang hebben tot de configuratie
* u weet welke apparatuur als resources moet worden beheerd
