# Objecten aanmaken in de BackOffice

U kunt Objecten rechtstreeks in de BackOffice aanmaken.

Dit is de belangrijkste manier om uw activadatabase op te bouwen en te onderhouden.

### Voordat je begint

Bereid minstens deze gegevens voor:

* de Klant of Relatie
* een code voor het Object
* een duidelijke beschrijving

U kunt later meer gegevens toevoegen.

### Open Objecten

Ga naar het Object Overzicht in de BackOffice.

### Nieuw object toevoegen

Klik **Toevoegen**.

Als die beschikbaar is, kunt u ook vanuit een sjabloon beginnen.

### Vul de verplichte velden in

Selecteer de klant.

Voer de code en beschrijving van het Object in.

### Voeg extra details toe

Voeg waar nodig locatie, serienummer, datums, afbeeldingen en vrije velden toe.

### Sla het object op

Klik **Opslaan**.

Het Object is nu beschikbaar voor Werkbonnen en geschiedenis.

### Goede gegevens om vroeg toe te voegen

* serienummer
* installatiedatum
* onderhoudsdatum
* garantiedatum
