# Vrije Objectvelden configureren

Vrije velden laten je extra Objectinformatie opslaan die standaardvelden niet dekken.

Hiermee kun je Objectbeheer aanpassen aan je eigen proces.

### Wanneer vrije velden te gebruiken

Gebruik vrije velden voor gegevens zoals:

* certificatienummers
* installatieopmerkingen
* technische beoordelingen
* Klantspecifieke activagegevens

### Open de Objectinstellingen

Ga naar het Object Formulier of de Instellingen voor vrije velden in de BackOffice.

### Kies de Objectvelden die je wilt gebruiken

Bepaal welke velden een aangepast label of een aangepast doel nodig hebben.

### Maak de velden aan of geef ze een nieuwe naam.

Geef het veld een duidelijke naam.

Kies waar beschikbaar het juiste type.

### Stel regels in

Bepaal of het veld optioneel, verplicht of zichtbaar in de App is.

### Opslaan en testen

Sla de instellingen op.

Open vervolgens een Object en controleer of het veld zich gedraagt zoals verwacht.

### Goede set-uppraktijken

* gebruik labels die technici begrijpen
* vermijd dubbele velden met een vergelijkbare betekenis
* houd verplichte velden beperkt tot wat echt belangrijk is
