# Wat is Objectbeheer?

**Objectbeheer** stelt je in staat om klantactiva in OutSmart te registreren en te beheren.

Voorbeelden zijn ketels, HVAC-units, installaties, machines en andere onderhouden apparatuur.

### Wat Objectbeheer je helpt te doen

* apparatuur per Klant of locatie registreren
* Objecten koppelen aan Werkbonnen en formulieren
* servicegeschiedenis, onderhoud en garantiedata volgen
* apparatuur organiseren met sjablonen, onderdelen en bovenliggende-onderliggende structuren

### Wanneer gebruik je het

Gebruik Objectbeheer wanneer:

* je dezelfde apparatuur meer dan eens onderhoudt
* technici ter plaatse context nodig hebben
* je een duidelijke activageschiedenis per Klant wilt
* je werk plant rond geïnstalleerde apparatuur

### Hoe het past binnen OutSmart

Objecten werken in meerdere onderdelen van OutSmart.

Je kunt ze aanmaken in BackOffice.

Je kunt ze ook toevoegen of bekijken vanuit Werkbonnen en de mobiele App.

Een Klant is de Relatie.

Een Object is de apparatuur of het activum dat aan die Relatie is gekoppeld.
