# Peppol-FAQ

Hier vind je korte antwoorden op de meest voorkomende vragen over Peppol in OutSmart.

### Wat heb ik nodig om Peppol te gebruiken?

Je hebt nodig:

* een actieve **Peppol** Power-Up
* volledig ingevuld en gevalideerd **bedrijfsgegevens**
* klanten met een geldig **Peppol Adres**

### Maakt OutSmart mijn Peppol-account aan?

Ja.

OutSmart maakt je Peppol-account aan tijdens de Power-Up-registratie.

### Moet mijn Klant ook Peppol gebruiken?

Ja.

Je Klant moet ook via Peppol bereikbaar zijn om e-facturen te ontvangen.

### Welke velden moet ik instellen voor een Klant?

Na activering krijg je deze velden op de Relatie:

* **Leveringsmethode**
* **Type Peppol-Adres**
* **Peppol Adres**

### Kan OutSmart het Peppol Adres automatisch invullen?

Ja, via de **Smart Resolver**.

Dit werkt het best wanneer de Relatie volledig is ingevuld, inclusief de **Kamer van Koophandel-nummer**.

### Wat moet ik doen als een Klant niet wordt gevonden?

Vraag je Klant om de juiste Peppol-adrescode.

Voer het handmatig in en valideer het Adres daarna.

Mogelijke oorzaken zijn:

* onvolledige Relatiegegevens
* een onjuist KvK-nummer
* geen actief Peppol-account voor je Klant

### Wanneer wordt een Factuur via Peppol verzonden?

Als de Relatie **Peppol** als leveringsmethode heeft, wordt die keuze al ingevuld wanneer je de Factuur verzendt.

Daarna kun je de Factuur via Peppol verzenden.

### Waar controleer ik de Status van een e-Factuur?

In het **Factuurlogboek**.

Daar kun je zien of de Factuur is verzonden en wat de algemene Status is op het Peppol-netwerk.

### Hoe zie ik hoeveel Peppol Facturen ik heb verzonden?

In het **Licentie Manager**.

Daar kun je bijhouden hoeveel e-Facturen je al hebt verzonden.

### Hoe werken de bundels?

Bij aankoop kies je hoeveel bundels je per maand nodig hebt.

Eén bundel bevat **50 facturen per maand**.

### Kan ik meerdere IBAN-nummers koppelen aan Peppol?

Nee.

Op dit moment werkt de Peppol Power-Up met één **IBAN** nummer.
