# Stel Planninggroepen in

Planninggroepen helpen je medewerkers te organiseren voor route-optimalisatie.

Gebruik groepen wanneer teams per regio, afdeling of depot werken.

### Waarom planninggroepen belangrijk zijn

Groepen helpen PlanSmart:

* optimaliseren binnen het juiste team
* vermijd het mengen van niet-gerelateerde middelen
* maak planning voorspelbaarder

### Open de stap Groepen

Ga naar **Instellingen → PlanSmart**.

Open **Groepen** in de installatiewizard.

### Controleer bestaande groepen

Controleer of de groepen overeenkomen met je planningsstructuur.

### Voeg een groep toe of bewerk een groep

Maak een duidelijke groepsnaam.
