**Premium Academy** biedt je training binnen OutSmart.

Gebruik het om nieuwe gebruikers op weg te helpen en teams te blijven leren.

Met Premium Academy kun je:

* gebruikers toegang geven tot OutSmart-training
* zien wie cursussen is begonnen en afgerond
* teams naar de juiste cursussen leiden
* nieuwe gebruikers stap voor stap helpen leren

### Aanbevolen volgorde

1. Begin met [**Wat is Premium Academy?**](/outsmart-knowledge-base/outsmart-knowledge-base-nl/marketplace-pakketten-en-power-ups/power-ups/premium-academy/wat-is-premium-academy.md).
2. Controleer dan of je Abonnement het al bevat.
3. Activeer het indien nodig.
4. Open de Academy en bekijk het Overzicht van de cursussen.
5. Begin met de cursussen die het beste bij elke persoon passen.
