# Wat is Premium Academy?

**Premium Academy** is het online leerplatform binnen OutSmart.

Het geeft jou en je team toegang tot cursussen, tutorials en begeleid leren.

### Waarom teams Premium Academy gebruiken

Teams gebruiken Premium Academy om:

* nieuwe gebruikers sneller in te werken
* medewerkers te helpen in hun eigen tempo te leren
* kennis actueel te houden
* gebruikers naar de juiste functies te leiden

### Wat het nuttig maakt

Premium Academy opent vanuit OutSmart zonder aparte aanmelding.

Gebruikers zien leermateriaal dat past bij hun Rol, Abonnement en dagelijkse werk.

Voortgang blijft opgeslagen, zodat gebruikers later verder kunnen gaan.

### Wat je kunt verwachten

Premium Academy helpt bij:

* leren op basis van Rol
* functiegebaseerde training
