# Introductie tot subadministraties

**Sub-administraties** stelt u in staat meer dan één administratie in OutSmart te beheren.

Elke administratie houdt zijn eigen dagelijkse gegevens bij.

### Wat u doet met subadministraties

* houd klanten, Werkbonnen, Facturen en Instellingen gescheiden
* beheer meerdere administraties vanuit één hoofdomgeving
* schakel tussen administraties zonder uit te loggen
* houd gedeelde Instellingen waar nodig op elkaar afgestemd

### Wanneer subadministraties geschikt zijn

Gebruik subadministraties wanneer u beheert:

* meerdere bedrijven
* meerdere vestigingen
* afzonderlijke teams of bedrijfsonderdelen

### Hoe het werkt

U begint vanuit één hoofdadministratie.

Van daaruit maakt en beheert u uw subadministraties.

Elke subadministratie kan zijn eigen instellingen en gebruikers hebben.

Elke subadministratie heeft zijn eigen:

* Facturen en Offertes
* Instellingen en gebruikers
