# Apparaatbeleid voor taken configureren

Apparaatbeleid bepaalt hoe Taken zich gedragen in de mobiele App.

Ze bepalen welke opties Medewerkers kunnen zien en wijzigen.

### Algemene Taak Instellingen

Taak-gerelateerde Instellingen kunnen opties bevatten zoals:

* het inschakelen van het Taak Overzicht
* het toestaan van het aanmaken van Taken
* het toestaan van wijzigingen door Medewerkers
* het toestaan van wijzigingen in datum en tijd
* beperken welke toekomstige Taken synchroniseren met het apparaat

### Open apparaatbeleid

Ga naar **Instellingen → Apparaatbeleid en instellingen**.

### Open het taakgedeelte

Zoek de Instellingen-categorie voor Taken.

### Pas de vereiste opties aan

Schakel de Instellingen in of uit die bij uw proces passen.

### Opslaan en synchroniseren

Sla je wijzigingen op.

Laat medewerkers daarna de App synchroniseren.

* ze bepalen wat Medewerkers op mobiel kunnen doen
* ze verminderen ongewenste Taak-bewerkingen
* ze houden de App afgestemd op uw proces
