# Licenties voor Urenregistratie

**Urenstaatlicenties** zijn handig voor medewerkers die alleen tijdregistratie nodig hebben.

Ze zijn een lichtere optie dan een volledige fieldservicelicentie.

### Wanneer Timesheet-licenties te gebruiken

Gebruik Timesheet-licenties wanneer medewerkers moeten:

* uren registreren
* kilometers declareren of onkosten indienen
* werken in een eenvoudige tijdregistratieflow

Dit is vaak een goede keuze voor kantoorpersoneel, interne teams of incidentele gebruikers.

### Hoe het past bij Timesheets

Timesheet-licenties werken samen met **Timesheets**.

Ze richten zich op registratie in plaats van op het volledige Werkbonproces.

Dat helpt je om toegang en licentiekosten nauwkeuriger te beheren.

### Voordat je begint

Zorg ervoor dat **Timesheets** actief is.

Zorg er ook voor dat de medewerker alleen tijdregistratiefuncties nodig heeft.

Raadpleeg voor actuele beschikbaarheid en prijzen de **Licentie Manager**.
