# Introductie tot Voorraad

**Voorraad** helpt je materialen te beheren over één of meerdere opslaglocaties.

Gebruik het om Beschikbaarheid te volgen, tekorten te voorkomen en voorraadwijzigingen zichtbaar te houden.

### Wat Voorraad je helpt doen

* voorraad beheren per magazijn, voertuig of werklocatie
* herbestelniveaus instellen per artikel en magazijn
* voorraad bijwerken op basis van materiaalgebruik op Werkbonnen
* leveringen, verplaatsingen, tellingen en correcties registreren

### Wanneer Voorraad te gebruiken

Gebruik Voorraad wanneer:

* je materialen of onderdelen gebruikt in het dagelijkse werk
* je voorraad op meer dan één plek houdt
* medewerkers moeten weten wat er beschikbaar is vóór een klus
* je minder handmatige tracking in spreadsheets wilt

### Hoe het past binnen OutSmart

Voorraad werkt in BackOffice en de mobiele App.

Kantoorteams beheren magazijnen, voorraadniveaus en transacties.

Buitendienstmedewerkers selecteren het juiste magazijn wanneer ze gebruikte materialen registreren op een Werkbon.

### Wat je eerst nodig hebt

* toegang tot de **Licentie Manager**
* een duidelijke lijst van magazijnen of opslaglocaties
* de Artikelen die je in voorraad wilt volgen
