# Voorraad importeren met Excel

Gebruik Excel-import wanneer je al voorraadgegevens buiten OutSmart hebt.

Dit is handig tijdens de eerste inrichting of migratie.

### Wanneer import helpt

Gebruik import wanneer je wilt:

* bestaande actuele voorraad sneller inladen
* handmatige invoer voor veel artikelen vermijden
* beginnen met een completere voorraadpositie

### Voordat je importeert

Zorg ervoor dat je magazijnen en artikelen al bestaan.

Controleer het Excelbestand zorgvuldig voordat je het importeert.

Controleer namen, codes en aantallen.

### Goede werkwijze

Begin eerst met een klein testbestand.

Controleer of de geïmporteerde waarden in het juiste magazijn verschijnen.

Importeer daarna de resterende voorraadgegevens.
