# Introductie tot 2BA

Begrijp wat 2BA is, waar u het gebruikt en wat u eerst nodig hebt.

**2BA** is een productdatabase voor technische materialen in de installatiebranche.

Met de Integratie in OutSmart zoekt u direct naar externe materiaalgegevens terwijl u werkt in Calculaties, Offertes en Facturen.

### Wat u met 2BA kunt doen

* zoek op productnaam, beschrijving, Code of GTIN
* vergelijk Leveranciers, Beschikbaarheid en Prijzen
* voeg Materialen toe aan uw proces zonder ze eerst handmatig aan te maken

### Waar u 2BA gebruikt

U gebruikt 2BA tijdens het toevoegen van Materialen in:

* **Calculaties**
* **offertes**
* **facturen**

### Wat u eerst nodig hebt

* een actieve **2BA Integratie** in OutSmart
* een geldige **2BA Account**
* toegang tot de Module waarin u Materialen toevoegt

### Hoe het proces werkt

1. Activeer 2BA.
2. Configureer uw 2BA-inloggegevens.
3. Zoek het juiste product.
4. Vergelijk Leveranciers, voorraad en Prijzen.
5. Importeer het materiaal in uw document.
