# Activeer Certificaten via Functie-instellingen

Schakel Certificaten in in Backoffice zodat de HR-Module Beschikbaar wordt.

U activeert **Certificaten** door **Functie-instellingen** in de Backoffice.

Na activering wordt de Certificaten Module Beschikbaar in het HR-gebied.

Activering kan afhangen van uw Pakket, licentie en Permissies.

Alleen Gebruikers met de juiste toegang kunnen de Instellingen van de functie wijzigen.

### Log in op de Backoffice

Open de **OutSmart Backoffice**.

Meld u aan met een beheerdersaccount.

### Open Functie-instellingen

Ga naar **Instellingen → Functie-instellingen**.

Zoek naar de Certificaten-functie.

### Schakel Certificaten in

Schakel in **Certificaten** of **Medewerker certificaten**.

Sla vervolgens uw Wijzigingen op.

### Controleer de HR Module.

Open de HR-sectie.

Controleer of de Certificaten-pagina's nu Beschikbaar zijn.
