# Certificaten toewijzen aan Medewerkers

Koppel certificaattypen aan Medewerkers met certificaatnummers en geldigheidsdatums.

Een Mederwerker certificaat koppelt een certificaat type aan één medewerker.

Elke opdracht slaat de certificaatgegevens en geldigheidsperiode op.

### Wat een Mederwerker certificaat bevat

Elke opdracht kan het volgende bevatten:

* de **Certificaat type**
* de **Medewerker**
* de **Certificaatnummer**
* de **Startdatum**
* de **Vervaldatum**

De huidige status is afhankelijk van de datums die u invoert.

### Open Medewerker certificaten

Ga naar **HRM → Medewerker certificaten**.

### Voeg een nieuwe opdracht toe

Klik op **Voeg toe** of **Aanmaken**.

### Selecteer het certificaat type en de medewerker

Kies de juiste **Certificaat type**.

Selecteer vervolgens de **Medewerker**.

### Vul de certificaatgegevens in

Voer de **Certificaatnummer**.

Stel de **Startdatum** en **Vervaldatum**.

### Sla de opdracht op

Klik op **Opslaan**.

Het certificaat is nu gekoppeld aan de medewerker.
