# Koppel Certificaten aan skills

Koppel certificaatvereisten aan skills zodat u kwalificaties consistenter kunt beheren.

U kunt certificaten koppelen aan skills om te laten zien welke kwalificaties bij een skill horen.

Hiermee beheert u vereisten consistenter binnen HR-gegevens.

### Waarom deze koppeling belangrijk is

Gebruik certificaatkoppelingen om:

* vereiste certificaten per skill vast te leggen
* naleving duidelijker te controleren
* planning en kwalificatiecontroles te ondersteunen

De koppeling wijst niet automatisch een certificaat toe.

Medewerkers hebben nog steeds hun eigen certificaatopdracht nodig.

### Open Skills

Ga naar **HRM → Skills**.

### Open een skill

Selecteer een bestaande skill.

Of maak eerst een nieuwe skill aan.

### Zoek de certificaatsectie

Open de sectie of het tabblad waar certificaten kunnen worden gekoppeld.

### Selecteer de vereiste certificaattypen

Kies een of meer certificaattypen voor de skill.

Klik op **Opslaan**.

De skill verwijst nu naar de geselecteerde certificaten.
