# Klanten samenvoegen en verwijderen

Beheer dubbele of verouderde relaties in CRM+ door ze samen te voegen of te verwijderen.

U kunt Klanten samenvoegen of verwijderen via de Klantkaart.

Dit is handig voor dubbele Relaties of leads die later opnieuw Klanten worden.

Verwijderen is permanent. Controleer altijd eerst welke gegevens gekoppeld zijn.

### Wanneer samenvoegen

Samenvoegen is handig als:

* dezelfde organisatie twee keer bestaat
* een oude verloren lead later opnieuw Klant wordt
* de historie op één Klantkaart moet blijven

### Voeg een Klant samen of verwijder een Klant

### Open de klantkaart

Ga naar **CRM**.

Open de Relatie die u wilt beheren.

### Kies de juiste actie

Open de Optie om samen te voegen of te verwijderen.

### Maak de actie Compleet

Als u samenvoegt, kies dan de tweede Relatie.

Bevestig daarna uw keuze.
