# Genereer KoudSmart-rapportages

Genereer registratie- en balansrapportages op basis van uw KoudSmart-gegevens.

KoudSmart kan Rapportages genereren voor koudemiddelregistratie en jaarlijkse balans.

Deze Rapportages zijn afhankelijk van een Compleet ingerichte opzet en betrouwbare dagelijkse registratie.

### Wat Rapportages bevatten

* registratiegegevens op installatieniveau
* totalen van de jaarbalans
* gegevens over koudemiddel, GWP en CO2-equivalent

### Open de Rapportagepagina

Ga naar het KoudSmart-Rapportagegedeelte in de Backoffice.

### Selecteer het jaar

Kies het jaar waarover gerapporteerd moet worden.

### Controleer de Instellingen voor de Locatie.

Controleer hoe de Locatie van de installatie in de uitvoer moet worden weergegeven.

### Genereer de Rapportage

Start de Rapportage en bekijk eerst eventuele waarschuwingen.

Open het bestand en controleer de uitvoer voordat u deze deelt.
