# Formulieren gebruiken met objecten

Koppel formulieren aan apparatuur en assets, zodat de juiste gegevens bij het juiste object blijven.

Sommige Formulieren horen bij een specifiek Object in plaats van alleen bij een Werkbon.

Dit is handig voor inspecties, onderhoudsregistraties en activahistorie.

### Waarom objectgekoppelde Formulieren helpen

Objectgekoppelde Formulieren:

* houdt het resultaat gekoppeld aan het juiste activum
* maakt het makkelijker om de servicehistorie te bekijken
* geeft technici de juiste context tijdens de Opdracht

### Bereid het Formulier voor

Aanmaken van het Formulier dat u wilt gebruiken in het op Object gebaseerde proces.

### Zorg ervoor dat de Werkbon het juiste Object heeft

Controleer of de Werkbon is gekoppeld aan het juiste Object.

### Open het Formulier op de Werkbon

Open het Formulier vanuit de Werkbon in de app.

Selecteer het juiste Object als daarom wordt gevraagd.

### Maak het Formulier Compleet en sla het op

Sla het Formulier op.

Het resultaat wordt opgeslagen bij zowel de Werkbon als het Object.
