# Wat zijn Visuele Werkbonnen?

Begrijp hoe een Visuele Werkbon de Werkbonervaring in OutSmart verandert.

Visual Werkbonnen stond intern eerder bekend als Topforms - als u die naam in oudere communicatie hebt gezien, gaat het om dezelfde functionaliteit.

Visual Werkbonnen zetten de volledige werkbon om in een op PDF gebaseerd document.

Medewerkers vullen dat document rechtstreeks in de app in.

### Hoe Visual Werkbonnen werken

Een Visual Werkbon begint met een visuele Template.

U koppelt die Template aan het juiste Type werkzaamheid.

Wanneer u een werkbon aanmaakt met dat Type werkzaamheid, kunt u de visuele PDF layout gebruiken.

### Wat Visual Werkbonnen toevoegen

Visual Werkbonnen zijn handig wanneer u het volgende nodig hebt:

* een vaste PDF layout voor de volledige werkbon
* consistente uitvoer per Type werkzaamheid
* één documentflow in plaats van afzonderlijke schermen en Formulieren

### Wat hetzelfde blijft

De werkbon hoort nog steeds bij het normale OutSmart-proces.

De gegevens blijven nog steeds gekoppeld aan het werkbonrecord.
