# Activeer Gasketelwet formulieren

Activeer de Power-Up en maak het vooraf geconfigureerde formulier beschikbaar.

Activeer Gasketelwet formulieren in de Licentiemanager.

Na activering is het standaard Gasketelwet formulier beschikbaar in uw formuliereninstellingen.

### Open Backoffice

Meld u aan bij de OutSmart Backoffice.

### Open de Licentiemanager

Klik op uw profielpictogram.

Selecteer **Licentiemanager**.

### Open Power-ups

Start een nieuwe bestelling of open het Power-ups-gedeelte.

### Selecteer Gasketelwet formulieren

Zoek **Gasketelwet formulieren** in de beschikbare lijst.

Ga door met de activeringsflow.

### Bevestig het resultaat

Maak de activering compleet.

Controleer daarna **Instellingen → Formulieren** op het Gasketelwet formulier.
