# Activeer CSAT via de Licentiemanager

Activeer de CSAT Power-up in de Backoffice.

U activeert **CSAT** via de **Licentiemanager** in de Backoffice.

Na activering, **Klanten beoordelingen** verschijnt in **Instellingen**.

### Log in op de Backoffice

Open de OutSmart Backoffice en log in.

### Open het Profielmenu

Klik op de **Gebruikerprofielicoon** in de rechterbovenhoek.

Selecteer **Licentiemanager** in het menu.

Klik op **Bestelling** in de rechterbovenhoek.

Zoek het **CSAT** Module en voltooi de Bestelling.
