# Configureer de Enquête

Stel de inhoud en opmaak van uw CSAT Enquête in.

Configureer na activatie de CSAT-enquête in **Instellingen**.

Hier stelt u de enquête-tekst, taal en vragen in.

CSAT ondersteunt alleen een **5-sterrenbeoordeling**.

Open vragen zijn niet beschikbaar.

### Open Instellingen

Klik op **Instellingen** in de linkeronderhoek.

### Zoek Klanten beoordelingen

Zoek naar **Klanten beoordelingen** en open de Instelling.

Klik op **Configureer** in de rechterbovenhoek.

### Stel de enquête in

Vul deze velden in:

* **Ingeschakeld**
* **URL-naam**
* **Paginatitel**
* **Taal**
* **Enquêtevragen**
* **Welkomstbericht**
* **Afsluitende tekst**
* **Bedankbericht**

Onderaan kunt u optioneel een **logo**.

### Voeg uw vragen toe

Voer elke vraag op een aparte regel in onder **Enquêtevragen**.
