# Klantportaal activeren

Maak Klantportaal beschikbaar in Functie-instellingen en open de portalconfiguratie.

Nadat Klantportaal beschikbaar is in uw Account, schakelt u het in in de Backoffice.

Dan wordt de Portaal Configureren beschikbaar in **Instellingen**.

Alleen Gebruikers met de juiste Permissies kunnen de Wijziging van de functie-Instellingen doorvoeren.

### Open Backoffice

Log in op de Backoffice.

Ga naar **Instellingen → Functie-instellingen**.

### Klantportaal inschakelen

Zoek **Klantportaal** en schakel het in.

Sla uw instellingen op.

### Open Portaal instellingen

U kunt nu portals aanmaken en configureren.
