# Wat is Klantportaal?

Lees wat Klantportaal doet, wanneer u het gebruikt en wat klanten daar kunnen doen.

Klantportaal biedt klanten een zelfserviceomgeving in OutSmart.

Klanten kunnen inloggen, aanvragen indienen en gedeelde informatie raadplegen.

### Wat u met Klantportaal kunt doen

* Klanten kunnen zelf Werkbon aanvragen indienen.
* Orders, Facturen, Objecten en Documenten weergeven
* handmatige intake via telefoon of e-mail verminderen

### Wanneer te gebruiken

Gebruik Klantportaal wanneer klanten vaak aanvragen indienen.

Het helpt ook wanneer klanten een duidelijk Status Overzicht nodig hebben.

### Wat Klanten kunnen doen

Afhankelijk van uw Instellingen kunnen Klanten:

* Aanmaken van een Nieuw verzoek
* werkbonnen en facturen bekijken
* Open Objecten en Documenten
