# Objecten aanmaken in de Backoffice

Voeg nieuwe objecten toe vanuit de Backoffice en bouw uw objectendatabase op.

U kunt Objecten rechtstreeks aanmaken in de Backoffice.

Dit is de belangrijkste manier om uw activadatabase op te bouwen en te onderhouden.

### Voordat u begint

Bereid in elk geval deze gegevens voor:

* de Klant of Relatie
* een object Code
* een duidelijke beschrijving

U kunt later meer gegevens toevoegen.

### Open Objecten

Ga naar Overzicht van het Object in de Backoffice.

### Nieuw Object toevoegen

Klik op **Voeg toe**.

Indien Beschikbaar, kunt u ook starten vanuit een Template.

### Vul de verplichte velden in

Selecteer de Klant.

Voer de object Code en omschrijving in.

### Extra details toevoegen

Voeg waar nodig Locatie, serienummer, datums, Foto's en Vrije velden toe.

### Sla het Object op

Klik op **Opslaan**.

Het Object is nu Beschikbaar voor Werkbonnen en historie.

* serienummer
* installatiedatum
* onderhoudsdatum
* garantiedatum
