# Vrije velden voor objecten configureren

Voeg aangepaste objectvelden toe voor branchespecifieke gegevens.

Vrije velden laten u extra objectinformatie opslaan die standaardvelden niet dekken.

Hiermee kunt u Objectbeheer aanpassen aan uw eigen proces.

### Wanneer vrije velden gebruiken

Gebruik vrije velden voor gegevens zoals:

* certificeringsnummers
* installatie-Notities
* technische waarderingen
* Klantspecifieke assetgegevens

### Open de objectinstellingen

Ga naar het objectformulier of de instellingen voor vrije velden in de Backoffice.

### Kies de objectvelden die u wilt gebruiken

Bepaal welke velden een aangepast label of aangepast doel nodig hebben.

### Maak de velden aan of hernoem ze

Geef het veld een duidelijke naam.

Sla de instellingen op.

Open vervolgens een object en controleer of het veld zich gedraagt zoals verwacht.

* gebruik labels die technici begrijpen
* vermijd dubbele velden met een vergelijkbare betekenis
* beperk verplichte velden tot wat echt belangrijk is
