# Wat is Objectbeheer?

Begrijp wat Objectbeheer aan OutSmart toevoegt en wanneer u het gebruikt.

**Objectbeheer** Hiermee kunt u klantobjecten registreren en beheren in OutSmart.

Voorbeelden zijn cv-ketels, HVAC-units, installaties, machines en andere onderhouden apparatuur.

### Waar Objectbeheer u bij helpt

* apparatuur per klant of locatie registreren
* koppel objecten aan werkbonnen en formulieren
* servicegeschiedenis, onderhoud en garantiedata bijhouden
* apparatuur organiseren met Templates, onderdelen en ouder-kindstructuren

### Wanneer te gebruiken

Gebruik Objectbeheer wanneer:

* u dezelfde apparatuur meer dan één keer onderhoudt
* technici op locatie context nodig hebben
* u per klant een duidelijke historie van objecten wilt
* u werk plant rond geïnstalleerde apparatuur

### Hoe het past in OutSmart

Objecten komen terug in meerdere onderdelen van OutSmart.

U kunt ze aanmaken in de Backoffice.

U kunt ze ook toevoegen of bekijken vanuit Werkbonnen en de mobiele app.

Een object is de apparatuur of het activum dat aan die Relatie is gekoppeld.
