# Wat is Peppol?

Begrijp wat Peppol is, waarvoor u het in OutSmart gebruikt en wat u eerst nodig hebt.

**Peppol** is een netwerk om e-facturen veilig tussen organisaties te verzenden.

Met de Peppol Power-up verstuurt u facturen vanuit OutSmart rechtstreeks via dat netwerk.

### Wat u met Peppol doet

* facturen elektronisch verzenden zonder aparte PDF-workflow
* facturen leveren via een gestandaardiseerd netwerk
* de afleverstatus van uw e-factuur volgen

### Wat u eerst nodig hebt

Voordat u facturen kunt versturen, hebt u nodig:

* een actieve **Peppol** Power-Up
* volledig ingevuld en gevalideerd **bedrijfsgegevens**
* klanten met een geldig **Peppol Adres**

### Belangrijk om te weten

* Bij aankoop kiest u hoeveel factuurbundels u per maand nodig hebt.
* Eén bundel bevat **50 facturen per maand**.
* Uw Klant moet ook via Peppol bereikbaar zijn om e-Facturen te ontvangen.

### Hoe het proces werkt

1. Activeer de Power-up.
2. Controleer en valideer uw bedrijfsgegevens.
3. Registreer uw organisatie voor Peppol.
4. Stel Peppol in voor de juiste klanten.
5. Verstuur facturen en volg de status.
