# Introductie tot PlanSmart

Begrijp wat PlanSmart doet en hoe het de routeplanning in OutSmart verbetert.

**PlanSmart** is de AI-routeoptimalisatiefunctie in OutSmart.

Het helpt u veldwerk efficiënter te plannen.

De beste ritvolgorde voor Werkbonnen wordt door PlanSmart berekend.

Het gebruikt reistijd, afstand en de Beschikbaarheid van medewerkers.

### Wat u met PlanSmart kunt doen

* dagelijkse routes automatisch optimaliseren
* reistijd en brandstofverbruik verminderen
* werk effectiever verdelen over Medewerkers

### Wat u eerst nodig hebt

Controleer voordat u begint of u het volgende heeft:

* een actieve **Planning AI** Power-Up
* Medewerkers met een geldige start-Locatie
* Uren en Beschikbaarheid ingesteld
* Werkbonnen met bruikbare Adresgegevens

### Hoe PlanSmart werkt

De basisstroom is eenvoudig:

1. Activeer PlanSmart.
2. Maak de installatiewizard Compleet.
3. Selecteer Werkbonnen op het planbord.
4. Start routeoptimalisatie.
