# Premium Academy

Krijg toegang tot online training in OutSmart en begeleid uw team via leren op basis van Rol.

**Premium Academy** biedt training in OutSmart.

Gebruik het om Nieuw Gebruikers op weg te helpen en teams te helpen blijven leren.

* Bekijk wie cursussen heeft gestart en afgerond
* wijs teams naar de juiste cursussen
* help Nieuw gebruikers stap voor stap leren

### Aanbevolen volgorde

1. Begin met [**Wat is Premium Academy?**](/outsmart-knowledge-base/outsmart-knowledge-base-nl/marktplaats-pakketten-en-power-ups/power-ups/premium-academy/wat-is-premium-academy.md).
2. Controleer daarna of uw abonnement het al bevat.
3. Activeer het indien nodig.
4. Open de Academie en bekijk het Overzicht van de cursus.
5. Begin met de cursussen die het best passen bij elke persoon.
