# Introductie tot Sub-administraties

Begrijp wat Sub-administraties zijn en wanneer u ze gebruikt.

**Sub-administraties** Hiermee kunt u meer dan één administratie in OutSmart beheren.

Elke administratie houdt haar eigen dagelijkse gegevens bij.

### Wat u met Sub-administraties kunt doen

* Houd Klanten, Werkbonnen, Facturen en Instellingen gescheiden
* beheer meerdere administraties vanuit één hoofdomgeving
* schakel tussen administraties zonder uit te loggen
* houd gedeelde Instellingen waar nodig op elkaar afgestemd

### Wanneer Sub-administraties geschikt zijn

Gebruik Sub-administraties wanneer u het volgende beheert:

* meerdere bedrijven
* meerdere vestigingen
* aparte teams of bedrijfsonderdelen

### Hoe het werkt

U start vanuit één hoofdadministratie.

Van daaruit maakt u uw sub-administraties aan en beheert u ze.

Elke sub-administratie kan haar eigen inrichting en eigen gebruikers hebben.

### Wat gescheiden blijft

Elke sub-administratie heeft:

* Klanten
* werkbonnen
* Facturen en Offertes
* Instellingen en Gebruikers
