# Sub-administratie aanmaken

Maak vanuit uw hoofdadministratie een nieuwe sub-administratie aan.

Aanmaken van een nieuwe **sub-administratie** vanuit uw hoofdadministratie.

Gebruik dit wanneer u binnen dezelfde OutSmart-omgeving een aparte werkruimte wilt.

### Wat u eerst nodig hebt

* Sub-administraties zijn actief
* Er is ten minste één sub-administratie beschikbaar om aan te maken
* U werkt in de hoofdadministratie

### Open Administraties

Ga naar **Instellingen → Administraties**.

### Start een nieuwe administratie

Klik op **Administratie aanmaken**.

### Wacht op de nieuwe administratie

OutSmart maakt de nieuwe administratie voor u aan.

Dit kan even duren.

De nieuwe administratie verschijnt in de lijst.

U kunt nu naar die administratie overschakelen.

Werk de gegevens van het Bedrijf en de instellingen bij die u daar wilt gebruiken.
