# Controleer en exporteer uren

Controleer ingediende uren, wijzig statussen en exporteer Rapportages vanuit de Backoffice.

U kunt ingediende uren controleren voordat ze als definitief gelden.

Dit voorkomt storingen in rapportages, nacalculatie en facturatie.

### Open urenstaten

Ga naar **Urenstaten** in de Backoffice.

### Open de medewerker

Klik op de medewerker van wie u de uren wilt controleren.

U ziet nu een weekoverzicht met alle registraties.

### Keur uren goed of wijs uren af

Wijzig de status per regel.

Gebruik bij grotere aantallen **Status in bulk wijzigen**.

### Exporteer een rapportage

Klik op **Export** om een Excel-bestand te downloaden.

### Controleer de uitvoer

Kies welke velden u in de rapportage wilt opnemen.

Na goedkeuring ziet u de verwerkte uren terug in het medewerkersoverzicht.

### Belangrijke instellingen

Via **Instellingen → Werkbon instellingen → Materieel en uurverwerking**bepaalt u:

* of uren uit werkbonnen automatisch worden toegevoegd
* welke standaardstatus nieuwe uren krijgen
* of uren automatisch worden goedgekeurd

Kies automatische goedkeuring alleen als uw proces weinig handmatige controle vereist.

### Wat u kunt analyseren

Met rapportages krijgt u inzicht in:

* gewerkte uren per medewerker
* tijd per klant of project
* rittijd, werktijd en uitgaven
* totaaluren en kosten per periode
