# Voorraadbeheer

Beheer Magazijnen, voorraadniveaus en materieelbewegingen in OutSmart.

**Stock** is de Power-up voor voorraadbeheer in OutSmart.

Gebruik dit om bij te houden wat u heeft, waar het is opgeslagen en wanneer u opnieuw moet bestellen.

### Wat u met Stock kunt doen

* voorraad beheren per Magazijn, Voertuig of Opdrachtlocatie
* huidige, minimale, gewenste en maximale voorraadniveaus instellen
* voorraad automatisch bijwerken op basis van gebruik van Materialen in Werkbonnen
* leveringen, correcties, voorraadtellingen en overboekingen registreren
* Gegevens over Leverancier, Prijs en doorlooptijd samen bewaren

### Belangrijk om te weten voordat u begint

* Activeren **Stock** eerst.
* Stel uw magazijnstructuur in voordat u voorraad toevoegt.
* Voorraadwaarden worden per Materiaal en per Magazijn opgeslagen.
* Gebruik van Materialen in Werkbonnen kan de voorraad automatisch bijwerken.
* Import via Excel kan de eerste inrichting versnellen.

Voorraad blijft betrouwbaar wanneer medewerkers altijd het juiste Magazijn selecteren voordat zij gebruikte Materialen registreren.
