# Introductie tot Voorraadbeheer

Begrijp wat Stock doet, wanneer u het gebruikt en hoe het in uw dagelijkse proces past.

**Stock** helpt u materialen te beheren over één of meer opslaglocaties.

Gebruik het om de Beschikbaarheid te volgen, tekorten te voorkomen en voorraadwijzigingen zichtbaar te houden.

### Wat Voorraad voor u doet

* voorraad beheren per Magazijn, Voertuig of Opdrachtlocatie
* herbestelniveaus per materiaal en magazijn instellen
* voorraad bijwerken op basis van materiaalgebruik op werkbonnen
* leveringen, overboekingen, tellingen en correcties registreren

### Wanneer u Voorraad gebruikt

Gebruik Voorraad wanneer:

* u materialen of onderdelen in het dagelijkse werk gebruikt
* u voorraad op meer dan één plek beheert
* medewerkers vóór een opdracht moeten weten wat Beschikbaar is
* u minder handmatig wilt bijhouden in spreadsheets

### Hoe het past in OutSmart

Voorraad werkt in de Backoffice en de mobiele app.

Backoffice-teams beheren magazijnen, voorraadniveaus en transacties.

Medewerkers in het veld kiezen het juiste magazijn wanneer zij gebruikte materialen registreren op een werkbon.

### Wat u eerst nodig hebt

* toegang tot de **Licentiemanager**
* een duidelijke lijst met magazijnen of opslaglocaties
* de materialen die u in voorraad wilt volgen
