# Een werkbon afronden en indienen

## Een Werkbon voltooien en indienen

Voltooi de Werkbon nadat al het vereiste werk is geregistreerd.

Controleer uren, materialen, formulieren en bestanden voordat je indient.

Gebruik **Ondertekenen en verzenden** wanneer de Werkbon klaar is om te worden voltooid.

### Voordat je indient

Controleer eerst deze punten:

* verplichte velden
* handtekeningen
* formulieren en checklists
* uren en materialen

### Dien de Werkbon in

### Controleer de Werkbon

Open de Werkbon en controleer elke sectie.

### Los validatieproblemen op

Voeg ontbrekende informatie toe.

Voltooi vereiste formulieren of handtekeningen.

Als de App het voltooien blokkeert, betekent dit meestal dat er nog een verplicht veld, formulier, handtekening, uur- of materiaalregel ontbreekt.

### Ondertekenen en verzenden

Gebruik de voltooiingsactie om de Werkbon te ondertekenen en in te dienen.

Bevestig de definitieve Status.

### Als indienen mislukt

Controleer eerst de ontbrekende velden.

Synchroniseer daarna de App en probeer het opnieuw.

### Na voltooiing

Ingediende Werkbonnen kunnen naar het archief worden verplaatst.

Gearchiveerde records zijn doorgaans alleen-lezen.
