# Een werkbon maken en bekijken

## Een werkbon maken en bekijken

Maak een werkbon wanneer je een nieuwe klus vanuit het veld wilt registreren.

Open een bestaande werkbon om planning, klantgegevens, formulieren, bestanden en Status te bekijken.

### Wat je kunt doen

* Maak een nieuwe Werkbon vanuit **Werkbon**.
* Open toegewezen Werkbonnen vanuit **Overzicht** of **Werkbon**.
* Bekijk de volledige klus voordat je begint.
* Open voltooide Werkbonnen later vanuit **Overzicht - Archief**.

### Maak een Werkbon

### Open de Werkbonnenlijst

Ga naar **Werkbon**.

Tik op de toevoegenknop als je Rol mobiele creatie toestaat.

### Voer de basisgegevens in

Selecteer de klant of Relatie.

Voeg de klusomschrijving toe.

Vul de zichtbare velden voor Planning en Status in.

### Sla de Werkbon op

Sla de invoer op om de Werkbon aan te maken.

De nieuwe Werkbon verschijnt in de Werkbonnenlijst.

### Bekijk een Werkbon

Open een Werkbon om te zien:

* **Klantinformatie**
* **Taakdetails**
* **Planning**
* **Uren**, **Materialen**, **Formulieren**, en **Documenten**

Je kunt ook gekoppelde **Objecten** en **Hulpmiddelen (apparatuur)** wanneer ze beschikbaar zijn.

### Voordat je begint

Controleer eerst de verplichte velden.

Sommige velden kunnen door configuratie zijn vergrendeld, verborgen of vooraf ingevuld.

### Actieve en gearchiveerde Werkbonnen

Actieve Werkbonnen blijven bewerkbaar tot afronding.

Voltooide Werkbonnen verplaatsen meestal naar **Archief**.

Gearchiveerde Werkbonnen zijn doorgaans alleen-lezen.
