## Materialen en Artikelen toevoegen en beheren

Registreer materialen tijdens de klus of voordat je de Werkbon voltooit.

Gebruik **Materiaalcatalogus** wanneer het artikel al bestaat.

Gebruik **Nieuw item (Materiaal)** wanneer je een ad-hocregel nodig hebt.

De **Materialen** sectie kan gedeelde catalogus Artikelen, Voorraad uit het magazijn en handmatige invoer bevatten.

### Veelvoorkomende manieren om materialen toe te voegen

* Selecteer een artikel uit **Materiaalcatalogus**.
* Kies uit de Voorraad **Magazijnen**.
* Voeg een handmatige regel toe via **Nieuw item (Materiaal)**.

### Voeg een catalogusartikel toe

### Open de Werkbon

Ga naar **Materialen** binnen de Werkbon.

Open **Materiaalcatalogus** of **Magazijnen**.

Zoek naar het artikel of blader erdoorheen.

### Bevestig hoeveelheid en details

Voer de hoeveelheid in.

Pas de zichtbare eenheid, prijs of beschrijving aan als dat is toegestaan.

Sla de regel op.

### Voeg een handmatig artikel toe

Gebruik **Nieuw item (Materiaal)** wanneer het materiaal nog niet bestaat.

Voer de omschrijving en hoeveelheid in.

Voeg extra prijs- of eenheidsdetails toe als je configuratie dat toestaat.

Gebruik duidelijke beschrijvingen voor ad-hocregels zodat ze begrijpelijk blijven in de voltooide Werkbon.

### Onthoud

* Toegang tot het magazijn kan beperkt zijn.
* Prijsvelden kunnen alleen-lezen zijn.
* Verplichte velden moeten worden ingevuld voordat je opslaat.
