# Een werkbon afronden en indienen

## Een Werkbon voltooien en verzenden

Voltooi de Werkbon nadat je het werk dat op locatie is uitgevoerd, hebt geregistreerd.

Verstuur het om de geregistreerde gegevens terug te sturen naar BackOffice.

### Wat voltooiing kan omvatten

* uren en materialen
* foto's, bestanden en formulieren
* notities, handtekening, Objecten en middelen

### Voltooi de Werkbon

### Open de Werkbon

Open de geplande opdracht van **Overzicht**.

Controleer het Adres, de beschrijving en de opdrachtdetails.

### Registreer het werk

Start en stop de timer.

Voeg materialen, foto's, bestanden, formulieren en de andere vereiste gegevens toe.

### Rond het bezoek af

Vraag om een handtekening wanneer je proces dat vereist.

Controleer of de vereiste onderdelen compleet zijn.

### Verstuur de Werkbon

Tik **Verstuur** om de voltooide Werkbon terug te sturen naar BackOffice.

### Voordat je verstuurt

Je bedrijf kan foto's, formulieren, uren of een handtekening verplicht stellen.

Als er iets ontbreekt, kan de Werkbon nog niet worden verzonden.

### Opgeslagen voortgang

Je voortgang blijft op het apparaat totdat je de Werkbon verstuurt.
