# Klantgeschiedenis

## Klantgeschiedenis

Gebruik **Klantgeschiedenis** om eerdere activiteit van de Klant te bekijken.

Het scherm kan filteren op Klant-, Factuur-, Adres-, Object- of Project-context.

### Wat u kunt doen

* wissel weergavetypen en filters
* bekijk de Werkbon- en Formuliergeschiedenis wanneer beide zijn ingeschakeld
* open een Werkbon, PDF of Formulier vanuit een geschiedenisitem

### Open **Klantgeschiedenis**

Open het klantrecord en open vervolgens **Geschiedenis**.

### Beperk de lijst

Gebruik de beschikbare filters of weergavebedieningselementen.

In de Werkbon-context kan het scherm ook een filtermenu tonen.

Selecteer een geschiedenisitem om de bijbehorende inhoud te openen.

### Houd er rekening mee

Geschiedenislabels veranderen met het actieve geschiedenistype.

De gesegmenteerde besturing verschijnt alleen wanneer meerdere geschiedenisweergaven zijn ingeschakeld.
