# Adicionar e gerir materiais e items

## Adicionar e gerir Artigos e Items

Registe Artigos durante o trabalho ou antes de concluir a Ordem de trabalho.

Use **Catálogo de Artigo** quando o item já existe.

Use **Novo item (Artigo)** quando precisa de uma linha ad hoc.

A **Artigos** secção pode conter Items de catálogo partilhados, Stock de armazém e entradas manuais.

### Formas comuns de adicionar Artigos

* Selecione um item de **Catálogo de Artigo**.
* Escolha Stock de **Armazéns**.
* Adicione uma linha manual através de **Novo item (Artigo)**.

Introduza a descrição e a quantidade.

Adicione detalhes adicionais de preço ou unidade, se a sua configuração o permitir.

Use descrições claras para linhas ad hoc para que continuem compreensíveis na Ordem de trabalho concluída.

### Tenha em atenção

* O acesso ao armazém pode ser restringido.
* Os campos de preço podem ser apenas de leitura.
* Os campos obrigatórios têm de ser preenchidos antes de guardar.
