## Formulários

Use **Formulários** para concluir listas de verificação, inspeções e cadastros personalizados.

Os Formulários podem ser obrigatórios antes que uma Ordem de trabalho possa ser enviada.

### O que você pode fazer

* adicionar e editar formulários em uma Ordem de trabalho
* visualizar e validar respostas
* importar respostas de Formulários arquivados, quando habilitado

Abra a Ordem de trabalho, depois abra **Formulários**.

### Adicionar ou abrir um Formulário

Crie um novo Formulário ou continue um existente.

Preencha o Formulário e revise os campos ausentes.

Use a visualização prévia ou validação quando essas opções estiverem disponíveis.

As respostas do Formulário arquivado podem ser importadas quando o recurso estiver ativado.

Formulários bloqueados nem sempre podem ser alterados ou importados.
