# Planear uma Ordem de trabalho por Grupo

Adicionar todos os funcionários de um grupo selecionado a um trabalho planeado.

Usar planeamento de Grupo quando uma equipa visita o mesmo Trabalho em conjunto.

Isto cria uma única Ordem de trabalho principal com planeamento shadow associado.

### Criar ou Abrir a Ordem de trabalho

Criar um Novo registo de Ordem de trabalho ou Editar um existente.

Ir para **Funcionário** no menu superior.

### Escolher a Opção Grupo

Selecionar **Gestão membros de grupos, apenas 1 dispositivo**.

Escolher o Grupo que deve executar o Trabalho.

Todos os Gestão membros de grupos são adicionados ao Trabalho.
