# Automação para CRM Plus

Automatizar o acompanhamento, Tarefas e ações baseadas no Estado no CRM Plus.

Com **CRM Plus**, automatiza partes do processo de vendas.

Por exemplo, é possível iniciar Tarefas de acompanhamento, notificações internas ou ações seguintes quando uma lead ou Proposta muda de Estado.

Uma vez que as Automação são geridas centralmente, é possível combinar eventos do CRM Plus com ações de outros Módulos.

### Verificar se o CRM Plus está ativo

Assegurar que o CRM Plus está ativo antes de Criar uma Automação.

### Configurar o funil de vendas

Assegurar que as Fases da lead e as etapas do funil estão corretamente configuradas.

Ir para **Definições → Geral → Automação** e clicar em **Adicionar**.

Por exemplo, uma Alteração de Estado numa oportunidade de vendas ou numa Proposta.
