# Automações para CRM Plus

Automatizar acompanhamento, tarefas e ações baseadas no estado dentro do CRM Plus.

Com **CRM Plus**, são automatizadas partes do processo de vendas.

Por exemplo, podem ser iniciadas tarefas de seguimento, notificações internas ou ações seguintes quando uma lead ou uma proposta muda de estado.

Como a Automação é gerida de forma centralizada, é possível combinar eventos de CRM Plus com ações de outros Módulos.

### Verificar se o CRM Plus está ativo

Certificar-se de que o CRM Plus está ativo antes de criar uma Automação.

### Configurar o funil de vendas

Certificar-se de que as Fases da lead e os passos do funil estão configurados corretamente.
